World Language Endorsements

Program Details

Drake offers several world language endorsements including

• French (K-8, 5-12)
• German (K-8, 5-12)
• Japanese (5-12)
• Spanish (K-8, 5-12)

An endorsement in a foreign language prepares individuals to teach foreign language programs at various educational levels. 

Program Options

The French (123/124), German (125/126) and Spanish (133/134) endorsements are available in combination with the following degree programs. 

• Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education
• Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education
• Master of Arts in Teaching
• Master of Science in Teaching

The Japanese (127/128) endorsement is available in combination with the following degree programs. 

• Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education
• Master of Arts in Teaching
