Resolved: SPSS Authorization Issue

ITS staff and our IBM vendor partners have resolved the SPSS license activation issue. Individuals who install or upgrade SPSS software should no longer receive an error message about the licensing code being incorrect. Thank you for your patience.
If you continue to experience issues using SPSS, contact the ITS Support Center by submitting a Computer/Peripheral Software Issue ticket, calling 515-271-3001, or visiting the lower level of Carnegie Hall.
